# Girder Layout

This section connects insertion points to create girder layout lines for the U-girders.

## Steps

### Step 1: Navigate to Girder Layout

Navigate to **Bridge Geometry > Girder Layout** in the tree view.

### Step 2: Create First Girder Layout

Click the **three-dots icon** on the first cell of **Supports** and **pick** insertion points **IP1**, **IP3**, **IP5**, **IP7**.

Click **Done** after selecting the insertion points.

### Step 3: Create Second Girder Layout

Create another girder layout by selecting insertion points **IP2**, **IP4**, **IP6**, **IP8**.

### Step 4: Set Layout Type

Set **Type** to **Curved** for both girder layouts.

## Verification
