Properties establish the structural characteristics for all bridge components:

• Materials: Concrete, steel, and prestressing steel properties

• Rebars: Reinforcement bar profiles from ASTM standards

• Strands: Prestressing strand profiles

• Sections: Cross-sectional geometry with reinforcement details
