# Superstructure

This section defines all superstructure components for the Concrete U Girder Bridge, including girders, deck, diaphragms, bearings, and temporary supports.

## Overview

The superstructure consists of:

* **U Girders:** Precast concrete U-shaped girders with varying sections
* **Deck:** Cast-in-place concrete deck with cross-sections and reinforcement
* **Diaphragms:** Internal (within girders) and external (between girders) diaphragms
* **Boundary Conditions:** Bearing fixity definitions
* **Temporary Support:** Support elements for segmental construction
