# Load Geometry Definitions

To define a static load (surface/line/point), related geometry definitions must be completed prior to further defining the load properties (e.g., applied stage, magnitude, applied element, etc.). This section is primarily used for defining the geometry for the static loads to be applied.

For the Steel I Girder Training Example:

* A surface will be defined.
