# Pier Cap Code Check

**Step 1:** Navigate to Substructure Code Checks > **Pier Cap Code Check**

**Step 2:** Click **three-dots icon** on **Pier Cap** and select as **PC1**

**Step 3:** Click **three-dots icon** on **Code Check Template**.

Select the **PCCCT1** "Pier Cap Code Check" template defined in the previous steps for all.

**Step 4:** Click **three-dots icon** on **Section** and click Select.

Select the "**HammerHeadSec**" you want to code check for Pier Cap.

**Step 5:** Click **three-dots icon** on **Transverse Reinforcement Profile.**

Set Transverse Reinforcement Profile as **ASTM615No6.**

**Step 6:** Enter Pier Cap Code Check parameters data as in the figure.
