# Pile Capacity Check

**Step 1:** To control the capacity of the **Piles** in this section, select the appropriate **Pile Cap** for the corresponding pile.

**Step 2:** Navigate to Substructure Code Checks > **Pile Capacity Check**

**Step 3:** Click **three-dots icon** on **Pile Cap** and click **pick.**

**Step 4:** In the 3D view, have selected **RF1** as the **Pile Cap**.

**Step 5:** Click **three-dots icon** on **Template**.

Select the **PCCT2** "Pile Capacity Check" template defined in the previous steps.
