# Rail \[CBG]

## Rail

**Section:** Assign a section to be used on rails.

**Deck:** Upon selecting the connected deck, the rail will be placed on top of it and the vertical elevation will be adjusted accordingly.

**Start Station Option \[Deck Start/Input]:** If you want to automatically assign start station to the deck start, select 'Deck Start'. If rail starts at different locations along the PGL, choose 'Input'

**End Station Option \[Deck Start/Input]:** If you want to automatically assign end station to the deck end, select 'Deck End'. If your rail ends at different locations along the PGL, choose 'Input'

**Start Station:** If the "Start Station Option" is defined as 'Input,' this column can be used to specify the rails' start station. Otherwise, this parameter will be marked as N/A (Not Applicable).

**End Station:** If the "End Station Option" is defined as 'Input,' this column can be used to specify the rails' end station. Otherwise, this parameter will be marked as N/A (Not Applicable).

**Gauge Distance:** The distance between the rails, also known as the gauge, can be adjusted using this parameter.

**Transverse Offset:** The offset value perpendicular to the PGL (Proposed Ground Level) can be specified for the rails.
