Segment Construction [CBS]

Erects the selected segments at a construction stage. Casting and stiffness activation are staged separately, so a freshly cast segment can carry its own weight before it contributes stiffness to the model.

Segment Construction

Is Cast-in-place?[No=0/Yes=1]: Whether the segments are cast in place rather than precast. Cast-in-place segments use the casting and stiffness stages below to model concrete maturity (default: No=0).

Stage: Stage at which the segments are erected.

Cast Stage: Stage at which the segments are cast. Applicable for cast-in-place construction.

Stiffness Stage: Stage at which the segments begin contributing stiffness to the analytical model.

Segments: The segments erected in this stage.

Age of Segment at Erection(Day): Age of the segment concrete at erection, used for time-dependent (creep and shrinkage) analysis (default: 0).
