Surface loads applied to the deck.
Stage: Construction stage at which the load is applied.
Deck: Deck object on which the surface load is applied.
Fx: Force in the longitudinal direction (along the PGL).
Fy: Force perpendicular to the PGL.
Fz (Gravity): A positive value produces a load in the global -Z direction (gravity). Typical surface loads such as wearing surface dead loads use positive values.
