# Truss Deconstruction \[TB] The Truss Deconstruction workflow item removes previously constructed truss members from the structural model at a selected construction stage. From the selected stage onward, the stiffness contribution of the listed trusses is deactivated and their weight is dropped, so staged construction and load cases reflect the demolished state. ## Truss Deconstruction **Stage:** Select the [Construction Stage \[TB\]](/templates/truss-bridge-workflow/construction-tb/construction-stage-tb.md) at which the truss members will be deconstructed.
