Collects generic inputs that stay constant across each code check or load rating station of the truss bridge. Station-specific values (varying member properties, local overrides, etc.) are still defined on the individual code check or load rating objects; the template captures everything that is shared — including the mapped analysis result cases via the load combination tables — so it does not have to be repeated at every station.
